I got my usual pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw on top, and collard greens. If you've never had coleslaw on a barbecue sandwich, or never heard of it, I highly recommend giving it a try. It is, to me, the perfect complement -- the cool to the barbecue's heat. The juicy to the bun's pillow. The yin to the yang. In my opinion there is no other way to do a barbecue sandwich.
